Persons responsible for supervising work or conducting classes involving students shall inform those under their supervision of all identified occupational hazards prior to permitting them to commence work.
At each workplace, relevant instructions and procedures appropriate to the hazards present shall be displayed or otherwise made readily accessible. Personnel performing the work are required to familiarize themselves with these instructions and procedures and to confirm such familiarization by providing their signature.
